Emma Smith @ Good Health Centre Bolton

EMMA SMITH

Bowen Therapy practitioner

Following an injury and many physio appointments to seek relief, I was introduced to Bowen Technique by a friend. Bowen is a holistic treatment, which treats the cause, not just the symptoms. Using gentle movements, the treatment works gradually over a few weeks to ease pain, whilst balancing hormones and helping with stress.

I loved Bowen so much that I qualified to become a practitioner in 2011. Over the last 10 years, there has been huge interest in Bowen as a recognised alternative therapy on social media, with some private health insurers covering Bowen therapy sessions. Come and see me and experience Bowen firsthand.
