Whether you’re a couch potato or a seasonal athlete, everyone
can benefit from Nordic Walking.
Not to be confused with trekking, which is using poles for
support, Nordic walking is like an exercise compared to cross
country skiing on dry land.
We use 90 percent of our muscles, compared to just over 60
percent during normal walking.
It’s also great for weight loss; it tones the whole body,
creates good posture and you will meet some nice people too.
It’s a 3-4 hour course.
